I’ve been keeping a journal of poetry ever since I was I high school and I always found it to be the absolute most personal aspect of my life. Rather I show a testicle to a complete stranger than have them read my poetry. So imagine by absolute panic and terror when my boss accidentally came upon it when I was driving him home one night. To this day I still thank him for it, because I would have never shown those poems to another living soul and never had any intentions to. But he looked at them… and liked them, and started showing them to other people. And from that… we’ve got this, my first ever collection of poems and I must say… I am very proud of it. 					I went to school to write screenplays and I have since went on to write poems, teleplays and the novel I’m working on. But in the meantime, it was always the story. So I collected the best ones and put them here as a sampling of what I can do. FYI, “Dog and Pony Show” is a colloquial term used to refer to small traveling circuses that usually had dogs and ponies as the main attraction.
