Chicago native Breeze Vincinz attended both Memphis College of Art majoring in Photography and Art Composition as well as Columbia College where he studied filmmaking, earning a BA in screenwriting. After relocating to Los Angeles, he has worked in development for both Grazka Taylor Productions and Spike Lee’s Forty Acres and a Mule as well as Art Director and Webmaster for In The Meantime Men’s Group, ULOAH (United Lesbians of African Heritage), The South Los Angeles Crystal Meth Task Force, National Coalition of Negro Women - View Park Section and Women Alive

In 2005, he self-published an extensive book of poetry titled “Life As A Boy” and followed up in 2006 with the release of his short story compilation “Dog and Pony Show”.

He is in the process of completing his first full length novel and developing several of his original screenplays and teleplays.
